Welcome! I’m Barb, the founder of Well-Phoria and together with my husband Dave we created "Your Charmed Life". These two brands dedicated to bringing healing, energy, and intention into everyday life.
As a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Meditation Instructor, Crystal Healing Practitioner, Life Purpose Coach, and Holistic Health Coach, I’ve spent years exploring the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. My mission is to help others rediscover balance, embrace self-care, and manifest their highest potential through holistic practices and energetic tools.
My personal healing journey has taken me across the world, including a transformative solo experience in Bali. There, I was honored to be taken under the wing of a respected Balian, Jero, who guided me in integrating Reiki with traditional Balinese healing practices. Out of deep respect for these sacred traditions, I refer to this fusion as Balinese Touch, honoring its roots without appropriation.
Back home in Perth, Ontario, my husband Dave has recently retired and embracing our charmed life. Together, we’re thrilled to announce the opening of our new wellness studio in downtown Perth—a sanctuary where community members can explore Reiki, Ayurvedic therapies, and intention-infused jewelry in a nurturing environment.
