At Well-Phoria Studio, my services are centred around helping people slow down, reconnect, and feel more at home in themselves.

My work blends a variety of holistic modalities, including Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Practitioner, meditation, Ayurvedic Head Massage, sound, breathwork, yoga, intuitive energy work, ritual, journaling, and creative wellness experiences. I also draw inspiration from my studies, travels, and time spent in Bali, where I have deepened my appreciation for intention, flowers, water, ritual, presence, and the sacredness of everyday life.

Some sessions are quiet and restorative. Others are creative, sensory, or reflective. You may find yourself lying back for a sound meditation, moving through gentle breathwork, receiving Reiki, exploring intention through scent or flowers, journaling, or joining one of our signature workshops.

Everything I offer is designed around one simple idea: you do not have to become someone else to feel better.

You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are.

My hope is that every experience at Well-Phoria gives you a little more space to breathe, soften, reconnect, and find your inner divinity.

Ishnuwa is a name that came to me during a deep meditation, long before I understood what it might come to represent. Today, it has become the name I give to the collection of healing practices I bring together at Well-Phoria — Reiki, energy work, Ayurvedic practices and the teachings and influences I have received through my time and mentorship in Bali.

A gentle introduction to hands-on energy healing, created to encourage deep relaxation, grounding and a sense of energetic balance.

REIKI — FULL SESSION
60 minutes · $90
A full Reiki experience using traditional hands-on energy work to support relaxation, energetic balance and connection back to self.

AYURVEDIC HEAD MASSAGE
45 minutes · $85
Warm oil, scalp and crown work designed to quiet the mind, release tension and invite deep relaxation.

REIKI + AYURVEDIC COMBO
90 minutes · $150
Two beautiful modalities woven into one longer restorative experience. Reiki energy work is paired with Ayurvedic head massage for deep rest, grounding and reconnection.

DEEP RELEASE HEALING SESSION
75–90 minutes · $145–165
A deeper, intuitive healing experience combining Reiki with an energy-release technique passed to me through my mentor, Jro Sar, in Bali.

Inspired by the healing wisdom I have been privileged to study with Jro, this session works gently with the energetic and emotional layers we may continue to carry — creating space for release, grounding and reconnection.

Each session is intuitive and may unfold differently depending on what you need that day.
